WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Manages and/or supports a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal team and third parties/vendors/merchants’ team to develop project plan and facilitate the flawless execution of projects.
  • Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan
  • Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager role, preferably in projects related to Loyalty Program, CRM, POS system integration or any in the field of consumer technology.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum are preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools: such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
  • You are a detail-oriented and goal-driven person.
