As an Executive, Business Development (Loyalty Solution) you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of loyalty programs across a variety of industries. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver loyalty campaigns that drive customer engagement and add value to our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn about customer loyalty, digital platforms, and marketing technology in a fast-paced environment.
1. Support in Client Solutions

  • Learn to understand client business goals and assist in proposing suitable loyalty strategies.
  • Help tailor program ideas using TAPTAP’s service suite, such as loyalty apps, rewards programs, and gamification elements.

2. Project Coordination

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support coordination among internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Data, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for program launches and campaigns.

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Help gather and track performance data (e.g., user participation, engagement).
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and learning how to turn data into insights.

4. Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Contribute ideas for improving campaign outcomes or customer experience.
  • Learn from senior team members and participate in cross-functional collaboration.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn about customer loyalty, digital campaigns, and data-driven marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive attitude.
