We are looking for a Manager, Business Development with expertise in Tech Solution Sales and his/her responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage large enterprises (e.g., banking, retail, telecom, e-commerce) that require whitelabel loyalty platforms.
  • Consult and sell TAPTAP’s tech solutions, addressing clients’ customer engagement and digital transformation needs.
  • Develop tailored enterprise loyalty strategies based on client pain points and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to customize and integrate solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

 You will have the following skills and experience:  

  • 5+ years of experience in selling tech solutions (preferably SaaS, CRM, Loyalty, or MarTech).
  • Background in companies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other major solution providers.
  • Proven ability to engage with large enterprises and sell high-value, customizable tech solutions.
  • Experience in consultative selling, RFPs, and enterprise contract negotiation.
  • Strong technical understanding of customer engagement platforms, loyalty programs, and digital transformation.

 Interview Process: 2 rounds:

  • 1st round with Director, Business Development
