As a Project Manager at TAPTAP, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of white-label or outsourced software projects. You will act as the key coordinator between internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and TAPTAP clients to ensure seamless project execution. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented role that requires clear communication, effective risk management, and hands-on problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications with external vendors and internal teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring agile best practices are followed.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies proactively.
• Deliver regular status updates and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet TAPTAP’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Work closely onsite with internal teams at the Tân Bình office to ensure strong alignment and real-time coordination.

• Work Location: Full-time onsite at Office in Tân Bình District, HCMC

You will have the following skills and experience: 

• 2+ years of managing software projects, with strong communication and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or partners.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and goal-driven.
• Nice to have:
• Experience managing outsourced or white-label projects.
• Experience with Loyalty Programs, CRM, E-commerce, or system integration projects.
• Familiarity with PMBOK standards or holding a project management certification.
