The AI Hackathon 2024’s journey was meticulously structured to maximize innovate and creativity and collaboration.
- Team Formation: Firstly, employees were divided into cross-functional teams, ensuring diverse expertise and fresh perspectives. Each team included at least one tech-savvy member to guide AI-focused initiatives.

- The Grand Finale: After weeks of development, teams showcased their solutions in a final presentation judged by TAPTAP’s Board of Directors and investor representatives of Vietnam Investments Group . These sessions highlighted the ingenuity and practicality of the proposed solutions.
What Made TAPTAP’s AI Hackathon Unique?

These solutions included integrating marketing tools, creating intelligent chatbots, optimizing workflows, leveraging analytics to enhance service quality, streamlining HR processes, and innovating communication tools.
One standout achievement came from the winning team, which revolutionized TAPTAP’s marketing strategy. They explored innovative ways to leverage AI to enhance brand engagement and streamline creative processes. A key highlight was using AI to breathe new life into TAPTAP’s mascot and marketing materials, enabling the marketing team to scale creative output and increase personalization. This marks a pivotal step in aligning TAPTAP’s marketing strategies with cutting-edge technology.
