H2-2024 marks a critical stage for TAPTAP Vietnam as we strive for maximum acceleration to achieve our objectives. While TAPTAP is currently on track, our aim is to exceed expectations in the second half of 2024.
To outline our strategy and action plan for H2 2024, our leadership team convened for a one-day workshop on Asia Island. This session was dedicated to defining sustainable growth strategies and developing specific action plans for all departments. Subsequently, on the past Friday – 02/08/2024, all Tappies gathered for an inspiring TAPTAP Townhall meeting focused on sharing the business direction & action plans.

Key highlights to ensure a productive H2 2024 included:
? Celebrating our outstanding business performance in H1 2024, highlighted by a significant increase retention rates and a substantial growth in TAPTAP’s B2C sector.
? Exploring sustainable growth strategies and introducing new concepts for expanding into diverse sectors.
? Recognizing two new values that TAPTAP is prioritizing in this phase: growth and empowering collaboration.
?Unveiling exciting new policies such as a trial Hybrid Working program and Long Service Awards, while warmly welcoming our newest team members.
⁉ Engaging in a dynamic Q&A session that addressed crucial concerns, discussed financial goals, and emphasized the importance of teamwork.

The event also featured a delightful team-building activity at The Gangs, leaving us energized and prepared to tackle the remainder of 2024.
