TAPTAP Celebrates Exceptional Performance! ?: “The Best Employee of the Quarter” Recognition Program in 2024
At TAPTAP, we deeply appreciate the exceptional contributions made by our talented team members. Therefore, we were thrilled to launch “The Best Employee of the Quarter” Recognition Program in 2024. This program is designed to recognize and honor those individuals who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance and go above and beyond in their roles.
Every quarter, starting from Quarter 1, 2024, we will be awarding two exceptional employees who have showcased exceptional dedication, innovation, and results. These deserving winners will receive a prestigious certificate of achievement and a cash award.
Nominations for the program will be carefully reviewed by our esteemed leadership team, using the S.T.A.R. model, which highlights exceptional work in specific situations, tasks, actions, and results. We aim to ensure that our winners truly represent excellence in their contributions.
In Quarter 1, 2024, we celebrated two well-deserved Best Employees from the Tech & Product team: Mr.Duc Nguyen – Junior Executive, Product Development, and Mr.Nam Bui- Senior Engineer, Software Development.
– As a junior at TAPTAP, Mr. Tien Duc has exceeded expectations in his role, making significant contributions to the Clear project and Student campaign. He also successfully met the client’s high demands for a complex project involving a mobile web portal, mobile top-up, brand currency, and gamification features.
– Mr. Nam Bui has successfully completed the Tracking Service and Fraud Engine projects, making valuable contributions to both the Nestle project and our web system
